Koma Geta!

This pair you see of koma geta is....mine! ^^

I was desperated to find one pair long,long ago.But if okobo are rare,then this ones are almost unexistent.I was so tired of not finding them,that I searched eBay.I saw a seller that makes geta,but no signal of koma geta in his listings.I wondered...why not ask? if he make geta,he can also make koma geta.For my surprise,he said "yes,I have 6 pairs" and show me the photos.I was just...wow O.o

Obidome

Last post I talked about some projects of selling I has.

Well,since eBay seller taxes are very high,and Etsy only allows you to have an account if you have a credit card,I won't be able to sell my crafts,unless there is any other place in the web I can do it without the needing of pay or have credit card <_<

But I will show you some of the Obidome I've made ^_^ you can also give suggestions for different designs I should use.I could make a tiny website to sell it(I'm pretty good on turning simple blogs in websites XD),but I know people won't feel safe to buy there and I totally understand.I would feel the same if was me the buyer.

Tragedy in Japan - Please Donate

No words.

what happened in Japan was terrible.I've never seen such a devastation in my life. So many people without home,basic cares,and completly lost.

Many lost their loved ones in this tragedy.I can't imagine their suffering and how they feel. no one can.

They need all the help they can get,to rebuild almost the entire country. I am very sad,i can't express correctly how i feel,Japan is my dream of country,all my hopes are there. I hope they can rise from this and make again the great country they have,they are such a strong people.

if i could i would get in a plane and go there to help,but i has no possibilities to do it unfortunately.

 If we all help,Japan will be reconstructed,as well as the lives of the japanese people who have lost so many.

Obi Rabbit & Rose - Restored!

So,as you can see my antique obi is restored! the painting was so cracked i couldn't leave it that way. I restored it all by myself,i used glue for the cracked paint wich was raised,and then paint some parts with acrylic ink. et vóilà! it looks like new!

well,just to put something new on my blog since i haven't taken photos in kimono recently.

So there's the news: My bunny has babies! they are sooo cute!

they are 6 and born february 1.

they are my pride and joy *_*

Onihide R.I.P

Before to very long,merry christmas everyone.

i just want to say that the great geiko and maiko's photographer Onihide-san passed away suddenly.On December 24 the funeral service was took place.

i still can't believe it :( i didn't know him in person but his artwork spoke by itself. i'm so sad...all his life in the great photos...how can we have lose such a person...
