Four Hime Furisode

This is my first furisode,i'm anxious for it to arrive! for me,the ideia of having a furisode was so far away...because they are always so expensive and difficult to win at the auctions.
But then i've found this one,not in auction but "buy it now",with my 3 favorite colors and...it has heian hime! not one but four! i couldn't believe my eyes. I've bought it and i doubt that there are furisode more beautiful than mine! even if you try you won't find for sure :P this furisode's beauty is rare and i'm so happy to have it!

Stunning Geiko's Hikizuri

This is my first Geisha's Hikizuri,it arrived today! i'm so happy (^.^oo

as you see it is stunning and unique. i believe it is a formal hikizuri wich belonged to a senior geiko. It is sooo heavy and long,7kg and almost 205cm.It will be hard to wear it,but i can't wait for a special ocassion to do it *.*

First day in kimono

I did it!This is me,wearing kimono for the first time.
the kimono is a kakeshita,the obi is a fukuro with otaiko musubi and in my feet the okobo.

Furisode - Some help please

I want soooo much to buy my first furisode,but i can't find any that pleases me,and the ones that i love are too expensive for my pocket.
Does someone have any idea or sugestion for me? My favorite color for furisode is dark blue,black,red and pink. If you find some at a good price please let me know :)

Real okobo from Maiko and wonderful obi - I've been lucky on ebay auctions!

I won this wonderful itens last week. I can't even believe that real maiko okobo will arrive at my door! *-* i've expected this for so long,like a dream wich would never become true...

And this wonderful Fukuro Obi,i found it so different from all the common ones,when i make my bid on the auction,there was so many people bidding that i never thought i would won!

but....i did it! i'm so thankful.

I've realised that you don't need to have lots of money to make your dreams come true...You just need to have faith,a little bit of luck and someone special who loves you.
